SmartSteps was founded by the alumnus from IIM-Ahmedabad, IRMA, and ISB in the year 2008. We, the founders, have a passion to transform the lives of needy graduates. Before starting this training program, we have visited hundreds of colleges to understand the pain points of the student community. Based on their feedback we have designed the "Finalyst Program" and launched the first batch in 2014 with just 7 students. Today, we are very proud to claim that we have trained over 279 batches, to date. And more than 4750 trainees got placements in various national and multi-national companies. Looking forward to training lakhs of students in years to come through our offline, online, and hybrid platforms.
